With the exception of sales positions, most companies use a time-for-pay model. They hire you for a position and you trade your time for their money. Value creation either isn't measured at all or is never measured with any rigor or directly tied to compensation.
That's not how we do business. We believe passionately in aligning beliefs, goals, and finances, and that's exactly how we hire and pay our people: on a pay for performance basis.
